Accessibility Statement Axis Health and Safety

Axis Health and Safety operates without a public physical office, delivering all training on-site at client locations. We work closely with our clients to assess every venue in advance, ensuring that each training environment is accessible, safe, and fully suitable for all participants, including individuals with disabilities or specific additional requirements.

On-Site Training Access

Axis Health and Safety serves clients directly at their own premises rather than a public office. Training room accessibility is managed by the host client. We proactively collaborate with you to evaluate site facilities and resolve any physical barriers prior to course commencement.

On-Site Training Access & Support

Axis Health and Safety is dedicated to providing inclusive First Aid education for everyone. When delivering training at your location, we proactively implement adjustments to ensure every participant can engage fully and safely. Our commitment to accessibility during on-site sessions includes:• Flexible Teaching Methods: We adapt our instructional styles to suit diverse learning needs and cognitive requirements.• Extended Timeframes: We offer additional time for assessments and practical demonstrations to ensure no student feels rushed.• Alternative Material Formats: Where feasible, we provide course documentation in various formats to aid comprehension.• Strategic Room Layouts: We collaborate with site managers to organise furniture and equipment for barrier-free access and safe physical participation.• Specialised Support: Our trainers are prepared to assist individuals with specific mobility or sensory needs throughout the PHECC-certified curriculum.

Statement of Limited Compliance Regarding On-Site Training Environment and Third-Party Facilities

As Axis Health and Safety delivers training on client sites, total accessibility depends on vendor-provided facilities. We strive for inclusive environments, yet certain physical building features or equipment may be outside our direct control. Consequently, training sessions exhibit partial compliance when specific site conditions or external third-party venues vary in their accessibility standards.

Training Delivery And On-Site Accessibility Policy

Axis Health and Safety does not operate a public office or training center. Instead, our training sessions are delivered directly at client locations. To ensure an inclusive environment, all host sites are assessed in advance for specific accessibility arrangements. We prioritize locations that provide step-free access where possible, and we confirm the availability of accessible toilet facilities. Furthermore, we ensure that all participants have safe and unobstructed access to training equipment during our courses to maintain a high standard of accessibility for every learner.
