Legal Disclaimer – Axis Health and Safety LtdThe training provided by Axis Health and Safety Ltd is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to act safely and within your scope of practice. If you choose to act outside the training you have received, outside your role, or contrary to the instructions given during training, you may forfeit your right to take legal action in respect of any claim arising from your actions.If you go beyond the level of training you have received and cause harm to yourself or others, you may be personally liable for any resulting damages. The “Good Samaritan” principles in Irish law generally protect those who act in good faith, within their level of training and competence, and in the best interests of the person needing help. Where you act in accordance with your training and local laws, you should not normally be held liable for damages.Employers and organisations who designate you as a First Aider are responsible for providing appropriate equipment, facilities and ongoing training to enable you to carry out your duties safely and effectively.This disclaimer is for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Privacy Policy
Axis Health and Safety Ltd respects your privacy and treats all personal data as confidential. We collect and use your information only for the purposes of providing training, managing bookings and meeting our legal and certification obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose. However, where a course is accredited or certified, we may share the minimum necessary personal data with the relevant certification or accrediting bodies so that your attendance, assessment and certificate can be processed and verified.
All other personal data relating to you is kept securely on file for up to 2 years from the date of your training, unless a longer period is required by law or by the certifying body. During this time, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you by making a Subject Access Request.
