Our Training Terms

Payments and Certification Rules
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any training session unless a separate written agreement has been established. Please be aware that payment for a course does not automatically guarantee the issuance of a certificate. To receive PHECC certification, every learner must successfully complete and pass all required assessments, demonstrations, and course components. Furthermore, learners are required to attend the entire duration of the course to meet PHECC Educational Standards, participating fully in both the theoretical lessons and the practical hands-on elements.
Course Entry and Learner Conduct
Management at Axis Health and Safety reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any individual from a course if they are under the age of 16, appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are found to be impersonating another person. We also maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that disrupts the class or compromises the safety of the trainer or other learners. Our priority is to maintain a professional atmosphere that facilitates effective life-saving education.
